about

This one starts like a rather laid-back lounge-style groove that gradually picks up speed and intensity. After a theme on piano and another one played by the horns, a modulation to C minor brings solos on keyboard and then bass. A short drum fill and a new bass riff introduce a tenor sax solo, then a theme played by synthesizer and guitar. A brief re-statement of the initial piano theme then leads us to a frenzy, montuno-style coda.
